Sometimes we come across really difficult change resistance.  If there is a person involved in the change, who holds a considerable amount of power, and is resisting or worse, sabotaging change, what can you do? 

Alternate titles for this episode were:  "I'm not here to make friends", and/or "Don't hate the player, hate the game".  but really, this episode is all about how to navigate a difficult conversation like one with a powerful resistor, and what you can do to make it a successful one.   When all of the positive strategies have been tried, and failed,  I provide you with some advice on how you can reach this kind of stakeholder, and ultimately, prevent your change from being sabotaged.
