Change Course Podcast: Key Episodes
Two key episodes where I cover what Change Management is all about, and importantly, links to the key resources mentioned in the episode.
1) A Brief History of Change Management
Our “For the Newbies” Series
4) Another Town, Another Train
Yes, if you caught it, the episode titles are inspired by ABBA! And of course, you can always find these episodes and add them to your queue in your favourite podcast app.
One Recommended Book:
If there was one book that I would recommend that you purchase or borrow from the library it is: The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook. (Smith, King, Sidhu & Skelsey)
This is like a textbook to the high level change management course and covers the key methods and approaches. It is endorsed by the Change Management Institute, and I find that it is the one book that I go back to time and time again. (and believe me, I have them all!) This one is worth the investment. I’ve included a picture of the cover below, so that you can easily find it on your favourite bookseller’s website or order from your local independent bookstore.
